Lush and supple. The skirt is short and has criss-cross, satin ribbon front with elastic hem. Made in Germany by Inter-Moden.Very Medieval, Burning man style. You will LOOOVE this velvet. New/old stock with tag and never worn! One size fits most, but PLEASE follow measurements of the waist to determine Elastic waist measures 24" unstretched, 28" stretched. Hips measure about 46". Waist to bottom hem is 15". Bottom hem sweep is 80" around. Lots of material even though it seems so teeny.
