Description: Panache Superbra sheer blue and yellow plaid shorts in the Lara Collection, Style 4014. A mid to high rise floaty short. These are very pretty with white medallions embroidered around the bottom front, containing white roses with blue petals - like Wedgewood pottery - the bottom of the front is edged in white waves with small filled in circles, this edge is wavy, so it is prettier over the top of the legs. I love these, they reference Wedgewood china but in sheer floaty form. They also reference a masculine blue and yellow plaid which is masculine and the rose medallions which is very feminine. These shorts have slits at either side topped with a blue satin rose and bow and there is another blue satin ribbon bow and rose at the top of the centre front. The back is in plain blue check sheer fabric with a large yellow check, rather like the fabric used for a man's suit but because it is sheer, it is very feminine; the bottom edge is outlined in blue stitching. the waist band is edged with blue flat elastic with a ribbed trim. The back of the shorts have the bottom edge oversewn with blue stitching so that it has a soft, light edge. May be machine washable at 40 degrees but no bleach, ironing, tumble drying or dry cleaning. They may of course be hand washed at 40 degrees too. New and unused. The retail price was £14.00.
