Description: Palmette AKA: Hearts and Spades, Spades celery vase Non-flint attributed to Bryce, Walker & Company Pittsburgh, PA circa 1870’s. The glass is clear and any colors you see in the photographs are reflections from indoors where I photographed the piece. The celery vase has the mold marks and straw marks and bubbles common in this era of glassware. Three -part mold, 4 1/16” in diameter at top and 8 1/2” in height. Crisp impression from the mold. There is a very small chip on base and in the base near edge an internal crack that is 1/8” that cannot be felt from top or bottom. Color and clarity are normal for this pattern.
