When there heads turn side to side there tails turn with the head:) They both have a plastic hangar through the back of their heads. Someone told me they were Carnival toys that hung from canes. But I have no clue:). Both have there Forsum tags with the Commonwealth of Pa stamps on the back as well as there blue Made in Japan labels. Boy Monkey has a small piece of felt missing on his face.
