Description: This pair of Redware double handled bowls were made by Joel Huntley of Wisconsin Pottery in 1998 for an exhibit in Texas. They were hand thrown and finished with yellow slip and brown dots. The double handles make them sturdy and substantial. The bowls are in good shape for their age, with some crazing as would be expected, but no other major flaws. Measurements: Diameter….6” Height….3.25” Width with Handles….9” They make great serving dishes as they have a lead free glaze. Just pile them up with anything from fruit to nuts. However, stay safe and hand wash and do not use in a microwave. They really make anything look charming……flowers, too!
