One cup has no damage. One has a ding on the base of the cup. I do not know where these originate from. They were from the estate of a well-traveled woman (wife of an ambassador) who purchased many nice things from all over the world. I suspect these were from either somewhere in central Asia or from the region of Mongolia. That is just my guess as she most of her collection was from Asia.
