He was famous his paintings and prints of “bikin-ga” (beautiful women). He created the style of depicting women that is still followed to the present. These two, late 20th Century prints are titled: “Kuching-Beni” (Painting The Lips), and “Kami-Yui” (Dressing The Hair) They are small, approximately 4.5 x 6 inches.
