They were made by a company in London, in business for over 60 years, that specialised only in earrings. Beautiful blue sapphires, not black and lifeless like Australian sapphires, and come with heavyweight butterflies that do not come lose the first time they are worn. The square pads that I display my earrings on measure 35 x 35mm and the oblong pads measure 35 x 50mm. From that, you can get an idea how large or small the earrings are in any particular listing.
