The gorgeous milk glass shades are textured and tiered like skyscrapers or wedding cakes and look amazing! They have no chips or cracks. The metal fixtures have no cracks, gouges or dents - just some light wear to the bronze toned finish here and there, but nothing very noticeable, especially when hung and in use. What an amazing pair! Use one standard-base light bulb in each fixture up to 100 watts since they do have heat vent holes in the shade holders above the sockets, or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like as they use low wattage for bright light and don't produce much heat.
