These are very nice quality-made sconces, with a polychrome finish and uniquely Art Deco detailing in the designs, mixing angular/geometric themes with beautiful florals in their motif including an array of roses similar to the floral designs found in upper-end Deco lighting manufacturers such as Consolidated and Midwest Mnfg. The sconces have been rewired, and have new wiring and new On/Off switches and are ready for prominent display in your home, so prepare for a host of flattering compliments. By the way, if you're new to collecting vintage decor, these may be about the only things in your abode that were Not made in China! (There was actually a time and a place where Quality and Style were the norm. Tell your grandkids it was a place called the U.S.A.) The sconces still have some dust and residue on them from being stored away for 40 years. They could stand a nice cleaning.
