I set this still life up as one of my students suggested a painting of thing from nature. I demonstrated the process over a period of about 5 weeks. Since the painting has to do with wild life, I decided to pick a charity that supports that. I will share the cost of shipping with the buyer. Frame not included. Her paintings have won numerous awards, among them 2nd place in a regional show judged by the editor in chief of American Artist Magazine. Her painting, Sunset on the Tall Grass Prairie was chosen to represent her state of Oklahoma in last year’s America Paints the Parks traveling show. Her designs grace a just completed monument in the first installment of Tulsa’s only Art Parkway. She is an associate member of both Oil Painters of America and Women Artists of the West. I teach painting at an art and frame shop and can send you several framing ideas and prices and send photos of your painting of choice in a selection of frames. This will effect the free shipping as I will need to add a few dollars to cover the increase in weight. That will be minimal on small paintings.
