Description: This is a laser cut primarily wood kit to build a highly detailed 1:48 scale (1/4" = 1 foot) model of a small mid 1800's - early 1900’s 2 story brick structure. This is a flexible design that can be modeled as a shop, living space, hotel, etc. The building box portion is a scale 12' wide x 14' deep, making this a condensed, compact structure that can fit into a smaller area on a layout or diorama. The completed overall structure footprint is approximately 3" width x 4" depth. This premium small footprint super detailed structure comes with a full interior with custom steep staircase, highly realistic fully 3D engraved brick wall detail on all sides, stone trim, finescale awnings, 3D sign and date lettering and more! PLEASE NOTE: This is an advanced level building kit and has many small parts. Although this kit is designed to be as approachable as possible while still retaining a high level of detail, bear in mind that this is still a craftsman kit and takes time and patience to put together.
