Some light surface scratches but looks and works great.There is a small dent on the battery cover as shown in the pic of back of watch, probably from a battery change (it was like this when I got it). Still has the sticker on the battery cover, watch looks like it was barely worn, if at all. Band is approx. 6.75" inside diameter unstretched.
