The bottle had been opened at some point in time, I tried to twist the metal cap off but couldn't...but my hands aren't very strong- you may be able to, I didn't want to do any damage trying to force it off... There are 2 pinkish fabric ribbons attached under the foil at top 1" or so of bottle that actually hang off the side of the bottle that say: 1) Highest 2) Quality The printed mail label is in excellent condition with no tears or damage noted.
