Description: Up for sale, a very nice North American P-51C Mustang known as the “Thunderbird”. The model has a 15” wingspan. I only have a couple of these, so don’t miss it. This P-51 was owned in the 1940s by Jimmy Stewart and also Jackie Cochran and flown in air races around the country. The aircraft has recently been rebuilt and is now a beautiful showpiece. The full history of this rare bird is on the internet. It was flown to Oshkosh and displayed this past July.
