The center diamond is just over 3mm in diameter and there are 3 diamonds set in the large hand, 2 in the hour hand and one on the second hand marker. It is a stunning and very unusual custom made piece. It measures 1 5/8 inches in diameter. The loop at the top is marked 14k and there is a tiny etched number next to it.
