Description: Offering an original watercolor painting by William "Jack" Dowis Jr. (1923-2017), South Carolina. Entitled "City of Lights", signed and dated "Dowis 8-67". No damage noted. Frame looks original and has a little wear. Found a few years ago in a South Carolina estate. Has been hanging in my house since purchase. I love it but tend to rotate my artwork every few years. Framed is measures 21 1/2" x 17 1/2". Image measures 14" x 10 1/2". Mr. Dowis was an architect as well as an artist. Please see photographs as they are part of the description.
