Description: An original, USA First World War Victory ribbon with citation star and Purple Heart ribbon, hand-mounted to non-metal backing with no fastener on back side. The colors on both ribbons are strong and overall condition is very good or better. This ribbon rack measures 67mm long by 10mm in size.
