Description: A great original signed oil painting on canvas found recently in Palm Springs. The dominant oval or egg shaped theme of the painting has the Christmas colors of red and green highlighted and also the pastels inside the portion that could pass for a decorated Easter egg. So all the holiday bases are covered! The look also has a bit of the feel of another planet or something surreal from outer space. Very interesting and unusual palette combination and intriguing geometric form. Signed and dated 2010. Artist not recognized. The painting measures 24 x 30 inches. You will notice one condition issue as shown in the photos of the lower left hand corner. There is a small tear in the canvas and perhaps a little scuff. The tear is hardly noticeable, but could be easily taken care of by an art restoration professional if perfection is desired.
