Description: Post WWII M1948 US ARMY Combat Boot, size 9.5D Brown Leather. Named and numbered. Used in Korea War and then many were polished black and used in early Vietnam era. Very similar to WWII jump boots but has one piece sole. The photos show the obvious leather damage and wear but the boot is still somewhat serviceable. They can be worn. The inside leather of the 2 layers where the worst damage appears is in good condition. There is cracking but the leather is still amazingly soft flexible and supple sounding.
