The painting is painted on a Masonite type wood panel board (see photos). The painting is framed in a painted wood picture frame. The painting is signed by the artist: looks to be J. Avis (see photos). The item is from an estate liquidation. This painting framed measures in total about 29 inches high, and it is about 25 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 24 inches high, and it is about 20 inches wide framed. The picture frame has a split in the wood, some scuffs and some wear (see photos). The painting has some scuffs, some paint loss (photo #8) and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
