We purchased about 30 beautiful portraits from an Estate Sale in Texas. The painter's great, great niece was at the Estate Sale and she gave us the back story about the paintings. Her aunt went to France in the 1920's and was studying portrait painting. The paintings were created from live models and they were painted on raw canvas. The artist has a very unique style that shows in her work and draws you end to her subject matter. Her work resembles the painting of the French Renaissance period.
