Description: This Armadillo World Headquarters was produced in 1979-1980 for the Armadillo by my company Talena Buckle, just down the road from the venue in Austin, Texas. Talena was the sole licensee. The artwork was done by Micael Priest, an Armadillo artist that defined commercial and music venue posters for two decades. Despite a dozen people approving the wording on the back of the buckle, there is still a spelling mistake. Emblematic of the late 70s and early 80s in Austin.
