It's shiny, but it is scratched and does have some small pit marks. Look at the pictures. It only comes with what is shown. No steering wheel. Also please note that the screws on the back side ,that holds it together are not a matching pair, one of these screws is way too long and will need to be replaced. On the back side it has a the red plastic piece and it's one piece and it holds all three of the round things but it falls through when you try to take a picture of it so I got my finger there holding it out but it is one piece those three pieces are connected on one side but there's one gap on the on the top section This will be packed well for shipping.
