Original Early German WWII 1937 Dated Tornister M34 Pony Fur Backpack

Description: Collector of WWII memorabilia or equipment, you will want this for your collection. This is a great find. A rare 1937, Original WWII German Wehrmacht model M34 "Pony Fur" backpack with manufacturer's dated markings. This backpack also has a field repair to the right Y-strap. The backpack and fur is in great condition for being 80 years+ old. Later model years (1939 up) are more abundant, early war are harder to find. Pony fur and canvas covered rucksacks such as these were officially called Tornister (Knapsack), first designed in 1934, and were used throughout the German armed forces. The design of this pack was later changed in 1938 (M39) to have shoulder straps that interfaced with the pistol belt I strive to provide as much honest information as possible with multiple pictures.
