PLEASE NOTE that this copy is in poor condition; it has lost its spine covering (see last scan) and its title page, and probably the Contents one also. I think it also had a fold-out map which is no longer there. The plain brown boards are detached from the text block, and in poor shape. The front pages are a bit loose in their binding. Name plate inside front cover. Sold very much as a working copy only... However, the text does look extremely interesting!
