Has "O&F 83" signature/date cane on left-hand leaf. Also signed to the base: "Orient & Flume SBeyers CI46S1983." In fair condition....and I describe it that way because the intermittent, sparsely-placed brown decor around the flowers helps disguise the presence of a scratch and three small chips on the face of the weight. There are two base edge knicks where Beyers signature went slightly high but these aren't a display issue. Refer to last three photos where the face issues are captured for you.
