And at the free back side of the first Appendix title page section, there is a pencil inscription (Dr James Mcbride) with name/location/date/... (For or Your?) Delegate to Congress. According to history, he moved to St. Helens Oregon in 1867. This book was purchased from an old estate by one of the longtime, most well-known and respected business owners (and attorney) of St. Helens Oregon (DILLARD). About 8-1/2 x 5-1/2.
