OOAK Barbie Mermaid Odile Pink Saran Hair Reroot Made To Move Hybrid

This former Mermaid Barbie has the gorgeous Odile face sculpt and the most adorable face screening (yes, the screening is pixelated, but she still looks beautiful). She's been rebodied on a Made to Move body to let her strike many different poses! She has been fully rerooted with saran hair in the color "Cotton Candy Pink" from RestoreDoll.com. So gorgeous and so anime! Her new mane is full and so soft! Her hair was washed and conditioned with fabric softener after her hair was treated with boiling water. Her bangs have a tendency to stick out, so they've been slicked down with a bit of hairspray. This saran hair seemed a bit resistant to boiling water and steam! I recommend leaving the bangs as they are to stay in the nice and neat style that they're currently in. Her scalp was partially painted pink with acrylic paint around the hair plugs that make up the side part in her hair. The paint can withstand shampoo, conditioner and water but keep her scalp away from paint removers like acetone, paint thinner and nail polish remover. I'm not sure why those would ever get close to the hair and scalp to begin with, but I just needed to mention that! Her reroot was done entirely with the knot method. Fabri-Tac glue was added inside the head to secure the new hair. She's being sold as nude without any accessories and ready for dressing up. The doll and body were recently purchased by me in store and have never been played with!
