What you should know:• Each item is custom hand printed just as pictured, when you order.• We use genuine Gerber products for our Onesies and Toddler shirts. (See full brand info below.)• Hand wash in cold, the air dry for the longest garment life. To preserve the print for longer, wash inside out.• Items that we offer personalization, be sure to enter customization in the “Add your personalization” box (as requested) when adding the item to your cart.• Orders ship within the turn around time stated in our shop announcement.• We hand print & seal, so no rush orders are accepted…we take our time to ensure a quality product.• No vinyl or iron ons used here! Also, we don’t send orders out to be printed by another company. This is a true, women owned, handmade small business!• We are not accepting design changes currently. While we welcome new design ideas, we cannot accept new design requests at all times. In order to get your item to you as quickly as possible, we will use the brands that are available at the time of purchase. Gerber brand jersey cotton tees are our preferred brand and are usually used, but we cannot guarantee availability at times. If there is a brand that you do NOT want, please contact us before purchase to see if that brand is on our current availability list. Possible brands that may be used are (but not limited to) Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Cat & Jack, Creations of Grace, Gildan, The Children's Place, Wonder Nation, etc. •You are purchasing the bodysuit design shown ONLY. Any other item is for photo styling and not included. Each item is beautifully packaged in protective cello wrap, and ready for gift giving. We take pride in our items and only send the best. Due to the custom, personalized nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted. No exceptions. In the case of miscarriage, infant death, or similar, we will issue a sales credit IF the item has not been printed and shipped. We print fast, so we must be contacted within 2 hours of ordering for any cancellations. •Due to recent fraudulent claims, weeks after delivery & even after use... we have had to implement a new policy. Any item arriving with shipping/item damage, you must contact us within 3 days from when USPS marks the item as delivered. We will not honor any claims after this time frame, no exceptions. We also will not issue replacements or refunds to items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way. You use it, wear it, stain it, wash it...you own it! As with any purchased item, you assume responsibility for the way you treat it. While we're sure you are honest, others have proven otherwise, unfortunately, and this has to be our solution. •Due to printer and monitor differences, you may see the color preview differently than the printed image. This is not a flaw, and cannot be helped. Colors are generally wash safe, but may fade over time if washed or handled improperly. Once the item leaves us, we cannot supervise the way it is cared for. Therefore, you assume all responsibility when washing and wearing the item. Please hand wash with cold water and gentle detergent (no bleach) inside-out and then hang or lay flat to air dry. If ironing is needed, do not put direct heat onto the image, place a heat resistant material, such as parchment paper over the design. Due to hand printing technique, as well as non-bleached cotton, you may see flecks of color on your onesie/shirt. This could be within the inked area or within the threads of the white cotton. This is not considered a defect and adds to the unique and hand made creation. Each item is considered custom and one of a kind due to this variance. No refunds or replacements will be issued for these ink or thread colorations. •We have received several fraudulent "damaged item" claims recently, days and even weeks after delivery...after wear and washing. Due to this, we have set a new policy that you MUST contact us with photos within 72 hours of receipt of the item if it arrives damaged. This is 3 days to open and examine the item, so plenty of time. We will NOT refund anyone claiming damage after this time frame. We also WILL NOT refund anyone claiming damage after they have used the onesie or have washed the onesie. You wear it, stain it, wash it, ruin it, etc it is yours and we are not to blame. What was supposed to be an immediately fatal ruptured brain aneurysm, turned into a near 4 month fight to recover...he woke up from the coma 2 weeks later & eventually made it home 2 days before Christmas...but his complete healing came in a way we weren't expecting on December 30th. We also lost my dad (Jimmie) 2 weeks before Kyle passed, and then our unborn baby boy (21 weeks along) just a week after Kyle. He was named Paxton and was buried with his Daddy. Yes, we lost 3 generations within 3 weeks. We are now living our lives to honor them in everything we do.
