The base was originally from a floor lamp and the shade was a swag hanging lamp. The cap-cover and finial have a fastener and pull up to access socket for bulb replacement (see photos). There are fleur de lis on upper part of shade but one of them back by henge is missing (seep photos). There are areas of patina or tarnish and blemishes on the metal (see photos). There are no chips or cracks in any of the slag glass (see photos). The shade frame has some chipped missing paint (see photos).
