Description: SHIPPING: Due to factors outside my control, we cannot guarantee flower spikes to be intact. All orders are sent on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders placed outside these times will be sent the following Monday. Same-day shipping if purchased before 12 pm EST. All orders sent via FedEx 2-Day or UPS 2-Day. USPS has been failing to meet their delivery times. DOA (Damaged on Arrival): While we have great feedback, we understand things don't always go as planned during shipping. Please send photos of damaged plants within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all packaging and original box until we have resolved the issue. COLD WEATHER: Heat packs and insulation included as needed. We prefer FedEx when shipping in cold weather. Insulation is typically bubble wrap, extra padding, and cotton around the potting media and base of the plant. While I understand that many of you enjoy buying plants that are in spike, I do typically do not sell these when in spike due to the fragile nature of blooms. I will include them when possible, but cannot guarantee flowers to be intact on arrival. 36" by 5" by 5" boxes will be used to ship.
