Description: This offering is for an original WWII 1940's era brown wool sweater. The sweater is unusual, to me at least, in that the design includes an opening on each shoulder and a button set to the side of each opening. The original makers tag in the neck reads simply "SWASTIK SIZE M". The current measurements taken with the sweater laying flat are provided below. I'm thinking the sweater had either a military purpose or possible a sports use. The sweater has seen heavy use, it's out of shape, the cuffs and waist are worn and pulled and there are several darned holes as seen in our photo's.
