The painting is old and should date to be 75 +/- years old. The painting is an original oil painting depicting a view of a rural landscape with a stone bridge over a stream or river, and trees (see photos). The painting is signed by the artist illegibly: looks to be signed, Moreno (see photos). The painting is framed in the original wood and gesso picture frame. The painting is painted on canvas. The painting is from an estate liquidation. The painting framed measures in total about 36 inches high, and it is about 20 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures in total about 31.5 inches high, and it is about 15.5 inches wide. The picture frame has some scuffs, gesso losses, finish losses and some wear (see photos). The painting has a push area in the canvas upper right-hand corner and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
