Description: SEE ALL OF THE PICTURES. READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. This is a nice lot of just over (1000) pre-cancelled stamps and there are over TWENTY DIFFERENT STATES REPRESENTED. There are also some better valued single stamps. In fact, these were found in a stamp stock book marked "EACH .50 cents +". So. Quick thought is (1000) stamps @ .50 PLUS . $500 catalogue value at a very minimum based the PSS notations / catalogue values / Interpretation / There would appear to be many , many stamps valued over .50 cents each. (see pictures) This lot offers a nice variety and there is obvious duplication. These were found with "PSS" valuations, notes and pricing. These are offered as found and we are unsure as to the accuracy, pricing, dating and sources of any valuation. (see pictures) There is a bit more duplication than similar lots. There may be only a small fault, bend, crease, tiny thin, cancelled stamp, smudge, a few with "dated" markings, etc. There were no other major faults noted in this lot. There are some stamps which are "stuck" and these are stuck together from original gum or hinge remnants. So. There are items which need to be "soaked" to increase collectability.
