Description: A beautiful antique English Old Sheffield Plate lidded vegetable serving dish or small tureen, 19th century, with two handles, four lion footed base, and engraved crest. Measures approx. 6"h x 8.75"l x 5"w. In fair antique condition, with imperfections and signs of age/use, including general heavy tarnish and surface wear with plate loss/exposed copper, a dent to the dish underside, and the dish's feet not sitting completely flat on surface (rocks slightly) - see photos.
