Description: Old, Original 20th Century Russian Lacquer Painting on Panel, from Estate Age unknown, but the crazing in the paint and general wear suggest it may be up to 100+ years old. The style of these didn't change for many years but the paint surface on this looks older than many similar pieces, which are usually box lids. The has no signs of having ever been a lid. The style suggests this was likely from the Fedoskino region, but we are unsure of the exact origin. There are several old stickers on the back from a previous collector.
