The full, Carbon steel blade is 3 1/4” and plenty strong and sharp enough to shuck clams as well as a multitude of kitchen utility jobs. Please examine the photos, a part of this description. Ask any questions. This knife came from the esteemed collection of the late/great Don Rich (Don Rich Studios, Oakland, CA). Don was a Russell Specialist of high regard.
