Description: Description & Condition This is a reel with a click spring drag manufactured by Old Florida Reel in the 1990s. In fact, friction is applied to the drag by turning the aluminum knob in the center, so as with the early loop models, tightening the drag makes the reel heavier. It is also characterized by its primitive click system, which makes a light sound when an aluminum claw, also fixed with rubber, hits a notch on the inner circumference of the spool. In the 2000s, Old Florida Reel gained popularity for its cork-type disc drag, which became the predecessor of the Nautilus, but that was much later. This reel is one of the models that Old Florida Reel produced in the early days for trout, and even the model name is unclear. The company logo changes depending on the production period, so I think it's more of a collector's item. It is in good condition with little signs of use, but there is a scratch on the reel foot and a noticeable paint loss on the frame side.
