The text on the front in the blue square reads "The City Livery Club" The badge comes with no papers, box etc, the maker and age is unknown.Founded in 1914, the Club is a friendly, Livery-oriented social organisation of around 1000 members based at Bell Wharf Lane near Southwark Bridge, where we are co-located with the Little Ship Club. We provide Liverymen, Ward Club members and others with City connections an opportunity to meet and relax during the day. The Club's cardinal objective was “to bind together in one organisation Liverymen of the various Guilds by bonds of common interest in defence of all the citizens hold dear…in service to the ancient Corporation and in the maintenance of the priceless City churches”.Please remember to check out the "Item Specifics" for possible further information. CONDITION I will leave you to decide; please look at the photos carefully. I think the general condition is good collectable for the age. As you can see in the photos, there are user, handling, corner / edges knocks, & storage marks etc. I am not an expert, large scans / pictures can be sent to assist you.
