Description: This offering is for an antique early 20th century Home Made Folk Art Xylophone. The instrument is small measuring only 31" long, 21" high and 11" deep. The xylophone also retains it's original beautiful blue paint lettered CARLOTIA in black on the front skirt, my guess is this is the little girl it was made for. The instrument is not professional quality but it does indeed work and has a very pleasant sound The top section sits on a wonderful folky stretcher base with open mortise construction. The condition is excellent with minor wear to the surface but no cracks, breaks, or repairs. The buyer will pay a fixed amount of $ 145.00 for Standard Mail and we will include delivery confirmation, tracking, at no additional cost.
