Super weird types from the Buckeye State. Ohio is one of the few states in the US to issue HANDICAPPED GOVERNMENT license plates. That's not surprising since most government plates are registered to cities or counties, and despite what you might think politically, they can't really be handicapped...though human employees of those entities certainly could have a disability. I think most states issue handicapped parking placards with the standard government plates to facilitate the purpose served here, but a few states -- Ohio obviously, as well as Alabama and Illinois that I can recall off the top of my head -- issue some government handicapped plates as well. Not surprisingly, it's extremely rare to find any of these, let alone the full set from all three levels of government. Note: I do not believe there is a federal government handicapped plate issued in Ohio, but if there is, I unfortunately don't have one of those. One money buys all three of these beauties -- get the collection in one easy purchase. Very nice condition - these plates appear to be lightly if ever used. The city and county ones have a few scuffs/some light paint chips, while the county one alone has a few dings/light bends. I don't see any issues on the state one, but none of them may lay completely flat. They all look and display great. Perfect for a collection. These plate styles expired by 1993 making them all at least 26 years old. But you be the judge!
