I am going to say it is Rayon and Spandex. Okay, the size on the tag is 3X but I am a size 10 and though it was a tiny bit big, I can wear this. Here are the measurements I took - Shoulder to shoulder = 17 1/8 inches Bust = 40 inches Bodice = 17 inches Waist = 36 inches Total length = 44.5 inches With the spandex this can definitely go bigger.
