The bracelet is approx. 7" around the inside, and I think it could be easily adjusted bigger or smaller as the stones are on the ends and won't pop out if you give the bracelet a gentle squeeze or pull. It was hard to capture in the pictures, but the stones are the color of the caribbean sea - just gorgeous! I'm sorry I don't have the original box, but this will come nicely packaged in a gift box with cotton and small zipper bag for protection. This was purchased for my own collection and never worn - only stored in a silver safe keeper. I loved to collect and admire but never wore anything.
