Description: This is a repair service for the NuVo Model NV-P3100 three zone player. This repair is for a "no power" problem (with no lights lit or blinking at all). If you are having any problem other than "no power", this repair is not for you. After payment has been made, we will send you the address to ship your unit to in North Carolina. We recommend you use UPS Ground (preferred) or FedEx Ground service for shipping. USPS is usually not as well equipped for handling larger packages but shipping with USPS is fine as well. You can SAVE $50 and the risk of shipping damage by bringing your unit to us! That would make your repair cost ONLY $149. Contact us if you are interested in local delivery and pickup. You will ship your NuVo Model NV-P3100 to us for repair (at your own expense) and we will repair it and test it for proper power operation. We will then ship it back to you at no additional cost to you. If your NuVo Model NV-P3100 is for some reason non-repairable, we will refund the price of this service less return shipping. DO NOT ship us any wires or connectors. We have test cables and connectors here in the shop. Ship the three zone player unit only. We give a 30 day warranty on all repairs. We have no affiliation with SquareTrade. We have been in the electronics repair business for over 35 years and have repaired many of these units. We use only high grade replacement components to protect against repeat failure. In packing for shipping, please be sure that the unit DOES NOT SHIFT AROUND inside the box. You also might want to take out extra insurance on your shipment and write "FRAGILE" on the outside of the box. Some people like to give their baby a little more padding for shipping than others and we try to return ship with the same care in mind as the shipper. We are however - NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE. Turnaround time is usually less than one week and we will try to keep you informed as to the progress and return tracking info.
