Description: This is an oil painting (on Art Panel) of a nude art model in Los Angeles in the 1950’s. It was painted by Albert Londraville (1922-2015). He studied under the famous Russian American Master, Nicolai Fechin, and was a MGM scenic artist who painted movie backdrops. Albert also studied at the Lukits’ Academy of Fine Arts and often painted on site (plein air). See his full bio on my website www.albertlondraville.com. This painting is 18” x 14” and was purchased directly from the successor trustee for the Albert Londraville Trust. It is unsigned but includes the artist’s stamp on back.
