The $3 Bill gag has been around for decades before that, but these are most likely from the 1980's Unlike many phony bills, these are fairly realistic replicas, but of course show the $3 value in the corners, and say "TWE DOLLARS" under the picture of Washington. The paper stock is also heavier than most replica bills, which helps give them a good look (though the paper does not FEEL like real money, as it lacks the texture of actual US currency) The size of these replica bills is the same as an actual US bill. I think these are great props for using with monte-style or poker routines (giving the spectator some bills to bet with), and you can give them as souvenirs at the end of the routine.
