Description: Up for sale here is this NOS vintage Micamold wax capacitor, from the 1950s and Made in USA. It is marked .022 uf 400v, but will test a bit higher. I tested a few of these, and they tested around .027-.029 uf, with a surprisingly small amount of leakage. This should work fine at full voltage.
