The only stamp on the metal is a "4".MADE IN USAHIGH-QUALITY HEAVY-DUTYFEATURES: Cuts and loops of copper and aluminum wire. Cuts solid wire up to 10 AWG and most fine-stranded cable up to 1/2" O.D. A narrow nose fits into tight places. Flat design for easy carry storage. DO NOT use it to cut steel wires or bolts. Condition: New Vintage Old Stock: The cutters are in good condition. The cardboard packaging has some wear and bends along the edges (as seen in the photo).I examined each set of cutters, and there doesn't appear to be any rust, but I can't open the packaging without taking away from the value to see the backside. There is a little bit of wear on the Klein lettering on the handles. Shipping Costs: Since most of my tools are vintage, I ship them in boxes with really good packing. If you need a better shipping rate, I might be able to package your item(s) in a padded envelope instead which should cost much less, but it will not be as protected. If you need me to ship in an envelope instead please reach out and I will revise my listing so you can save $$ on shipping.
