These are paper capacitors, but unlike most examples of the era, these test as though they were made yesterday. A sample was unsealed for testing, and metered in at 1.04nF, and 0.1 Microamps of leakage current at its full 120vdc working voltage. Testing procedure: A sample capacitor was selected and tested for capacitance using a handheld meter. It was then connected in series with a DC power supply and DC micro-ammeter to test for leakage up to its full rated working-voltage.
